Using the rel="nofollow" attribute is a fairly simple SEO technique that can usually be implemented very easily and will give you a little bit of an advantage. If you’re working hard to build links to your website, it’s a shame to waste some of the PageRank flow through your website onto pages that you are not interested in ranking in the search engines, like your contact page, or your privacy policy. These pages are important to have on your site, but aren’t going to bring you a lot of search traffic.
I setup Google Apps for one of my domains as a trial a couple of weeks ago, in the hope that it would live up to my expectations and I would be able to move all my emails across.
