What do you do that makes your clients question their decision?
During a mini vacation at the Gold Coast over the Easter weekend we went to what seemed like a nice Italian restaurant called La Porchetta. The first thing I noticed when we sat down was just how dirty the menus actually were. There was so much crap on them I could scrape it off. I was instantly turned off and I hadn't even ordered yet.
What things are you doing (or not doing in this case) that is making your clients regret their decision to buy from you? How can you turn this into a benefit / selling point over your competitors?

La Porchetta Varies Greatly.
Interesting post, I'm living in Dublin at the moment and working in Europe but when I was in Melbourne (where I grew up - I miss ye old town) I used to frequent a couple of different La Porchetta's, but the quality varies greatly depending on the restaurant.
The same meal in one restaurant would be completely different in another.
The best one I've been to was the Brighton one in Melbourne. The rest were fairly average.
Dirty menu's are a turn off, your right!
So are dirty bathrooms in restaurants.
